Dream Valley - 42 - Breast cancer awareness - Go Pink

Another fortnight has passed so quickly, and here is another fab challenge over at Dream Valley challenges. This fortnight the theme is Breast Cancer awareness - GO PINK!!

The lovely sponsor this fortnight is Di's Digi Downloads.

There is two prizes to be won, a £10 voucher to spend in their shop and a special price donated by Melly. :)

For my DT project I made a very pink card. :)

I used one design paper, very unusual for me. I like to go MAD with lots of matching papers. The papers are from Paper Adventures. They are called Baby Pink Scroll, designed by Connie Haley.

The image is by Saturated Canary. I coloured her in with Pro Markers. Love the circle images that came with the stamp too. The sentiment I stamped with my mini alphabet stamp from Hampton Arts.

The hat pins are a purchase from Ebay.

Lots of fun making this card. Especially because of the cause. Thanks for coming by and hope you all have a great sunday.

Dream Valley - 41 - Celebrations

Another fab challenge over at Dream Valley challenges is here! This fortnight the theme is 'Celebrations'.

Our lovely sponsor this fortnight is Digi Doodle Shop. The winner gets a $10 voucher to spend.

I have made a HUGE card as my DT creation this fortnight. First I laid it out like a scrapbook page, but then I went a bit mad and made it into a big birthday card for my future daughter-in-law Paige. The card is for her dad to give to her.

I used Craft card for the back ground. The DP are a freebie from 'Scrapbook Magazine'. Really like these papers and all the cutouts which came with the paper pad. I layered these with plain craft card.

The image is from Saturated Canary. I coloured her in with Pro Markers. Definitely one of my favourite stamps, a joy to colour!

I used my Cricut machine to cut our the letters. The cartridge is called 'Stamped'

The stick on gems were a purchase from Ebay and the little pins are from my local craft shop. The clear hatpins are also from my local craft shop.

The sentiment I stamped with my mini alphabet stamp set from Hampton Arts. The ribbon is from my stash and was gathered up and sewn together.

Paige is going to be 6 in September and she is a girly girl that loves pink. She is a little crafter in the making too! Hope she likes the card. :)
