Polkadoodles - Week 4 - Monochrome

Another fun challenge over at Polkadoodles today. This week the challenge is Monochrome/Monochromatic.




The winner will receive the Colour Therapy DVD, and the two runners up will get a download each.


I have chosen to do a monochrome card. I used this cute image from the Cherry Blossom Lane CD.


I coloured the image in with Pro Markers. Added a bit of glitter with my Sakura pen. I used black and white cardstock, and layered it. I also added some black stick on pearls. The sentiment is stamped with my mini alphabet stamp set from Hampton Arts.


The flowers are from the same CD. I coloured these in with Pro Markers too.

Polkadoodles - 47 - Any die will do



Another great challenge over at Polkadoodles. This week the theme is 'Any die will do'. The lucky winner will get a copy of the Colour Therapy DVD.


I have made a card using a cute Snowman image and papers from http://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=3936Sundae of Seasons.  I coloured the image in with Pro Markers.

I used dies from Marianne's, Crafts Too and Magnolia.

The sentiment is from Picknix 2 - Gingerbread Twist. I used some glitter glue and added some ribbon, mini hat pins and roses from my stash. The mini dots and snowflakes I purchased from Ebay. (it was a pack including silver christmas trees)

DT has made some fab creations, pop over and join in.

Crafty Card Makers - 75 - More than one punch/die cut

Another great challenge over at Crafty Card Makers. This time the theme is 'Use More Than One Punch/Die Cut.


Over at Hobby Art Stamps they are offering these two lovely stamp sheets for a lucky winner.

I went a bit MAD with punches and dies. I used a lot of Magnolia dies and Stampin Up punches. 


The DP is from Bo Bunny (Apple Cider). The Birthday sentiment is from Stampin Up. The 'special girl' I stamped with my mini alphabet stamp from Hampton Arts. 

The image is from Magnolia. I coloured her in with Pro Markers. The ribbon and pins are from my local craft shop.

Dream Valley - 45 - Anything goes


Another challenge over at Dream Valley. This time the theme is...everyone favorite...Anything goes!


The lovely sponsor Joanna Sheen is offering the winner £10 to spend in the online shop. 


I have made a shaped card using Bo Bunny Noteworthy die cuts (comes in a neat little package)


I layered these on white cardstock. All the elements are from the pack.


The sentiment is from Stampin Up. Had to add a bit of Cranberry Pro Marker to make it match.


The 'Nana' was stamped with my mini alphabet stamp set from Hampton Arts.


The stick on black pearls are from Kanban.

Card Makin Mamas - Thanksgiving / Thanks you cards.

Here is another great challenge from Card Makin Mamas. This fortnight the theme is to make a card for Thanks giving or a Thank you card.

For this challenge I have made a thank you card. I used images and sentiment from Digi my world. They are called 'Apple Park'. Adore these cute images!!


I coloured the images in with Pro Markers. I used DP from Bo Bunny (Apple Cider). The hearts are cut with Spellbinder dies. 


The roses are purchased (in bulk lol) from Ebay.


I used Stampin Up punches to layer the sentiment on and a couple of mini hat pins from the local sewing shop.

Polkadoodles - 45 - Christmas Party Invitation

Friday again and yet another great challenge over at Polkadoodles. This week the theme is to make a Christmas Party Invitation.



The lucky winner will receive a Studio 12 Picnix Vol 1 CD. The second and third winner will get a download each.

                                      

I made a little flip out invitation using a Spellbinder die. I used papers from the Picnix 2 - Gingerbread Twist CD. I layered these on white plain cardstock.

The image is from the Sundae of Seasons CD, I coloured this image in with Pro Markers and attatched some roses on the holly.

The ribbon, pins, craft wire and bells are from my local craft shop. The sentiment is computer generated and layered on red cardstock.

Crafty Cardmakers - 78 - Shaped Card Featuring a Reindeer or Two.


Another great challenge over at Crafty Cardmakers. This time the theme is 'Shaped card featuring a reindeer or two'.

I have made a card using Bo Bunny DP. They are called Blitzen. I layered these on lots of white card stock. I also used a polka dot embossing folder and cut out the white shape on the left handside with my Cricut machine. 


The main image is from the paper, I added lots of glitter glue to make it festive and sparkly.


I cut out some shapes with Magnolia dies. I also used a Nestabilities heart die for this card.


The sentiment is also cut out from the papers. Think I have gone a bit mad with the glitter, but couldn't help myself. :)

Dream Valley - Glitter and Bling



Another fortnight has passed, and here we are with another great challenge from Dream Valley Challenges. The theme this time is 'Glitter and Bling'.

For this challenge I have made a christmas hanger/ornament. I used Bo Bunny die cuts from the range Rejoyce. The pack of die cuts is called Noteworthy.


The image is from Sassy Studio Design. She is called Holiday Snow White Honey. I coloured her in with Pro Markers and added glitz with some glitter glue.


The sentiment I cut out from the DP paper pad from the matching range. 


I added lots of stick on pearls and gems for lots of bling.

Paper Pumpkin

Autumn is over up here in Scotland. We have snow!! So my last autumn creation is this paper pumpkin.


I used DP from Bo Bunny. This is so easy to make! 


The pumpkin is cut out from the paper and I used a circle punch from Stampin Up for the back ground. The sentiment is also from Stampin Up.


Found this tutorial on line. Check it out...

Only difference is my pumpkin topper and I cut out strips instead of leaves and spritzed some water on them and curled them around a pen.

Morning everyone.

Another great challenge over at Craft Makin Mamas. This fortnight the theme is everyone's favourite 'Anything goes'.

For my DT card I have used DP from Bo Bunny. (Apple Cider) I layered this with heaps of brown card stock.


The image I coloured in with Pro Markers. She is called Autumn Girl. The sentiment is from Stampin Up. I used Stampin Up punches for this too. I added some twine from the local hardware shop. Some stick on pearls and hat pins from the local craft shop.
