For my DT project I made a card using lots of white and champagne card stock and some DP from First Edition. The stick on pearls are from Habico.

The image I used is from Bugaboo Stamps. It's called Drink Coffee. I coloured it in with my favourite Pro Markers. Decided to go mad with coffee colours.

Mini Note Book

Afternoon.

Another scorcher of a day. Lovely. Here is a little mini note book I made today. I used my favourite paper brand Bo Bunny. All their DP are just to die for!! These had a bit of sparkle on them. Even better. :)

The image is from Squiggle Stamps (on special offer £0.99, last day today!!), she is called Squirrel Picnic from the range Lilliputs. I coloured her in with Pro Markers and added a bit of sparkle with my Sakura pen. The sentiment is from Stampin Up. I also added a bit of colour with Promarkers and sparkle.

The flowers are from Poundland. I bought them for kids craft about a year ago, and after an accidental rake in the kiddies box I found these, and the colours were matching, so hope they done notice I have nabbed a couple. :) The stick on gems are from the local craft shop.

Thanks for coming by and enjoy the sun.

The image is from Squiggle Stamps. It's called Squirrel Picnic from the range Lilliputs. It's so cute! It's also at a special price at the moment. £0.99!! Squiggle Stamps - Squiggle Sunday - Ribbons and Roses

Wohoo...

Challenges are up and running again over at Squiggle stamps, and finally I have nagged myself into the design team. :) There will be a challenge every fortnight on a sunday. Very exciting. You can win a £15 voucher in the Squiggle shop, and there is an extra treat for the top three!

This fortnight the theme is 'ribbons and roses'. I have made two little DT projects for this challenge.
Was so excited I couldn't help myself. :)

I decided to do a very girly princess door hanger for my first project. I have used Rose Impressions DP from The paper company studio. I used my my SU double punch for the bunting and the scalloped edge at the bottom, also my Cricut machine for the lettering on it (Stamped). I printed out the "my princess" on my Mac and used some bling from the local craft shop.

The roses are spirals I cut out and gathered up with a tiny knitting pin and glued. The images I have used are Castle and Princess Daisy. Ribbon is from the local craft shop again. The tiny butterflies I had in my stash, think it's freebies from buying die cut shapes from Ebay.

For my other project I decided to go mad with roses. I made a layered card using DP from My Minds Eye ( Miss Caroline by Jan Allyson) Absolutely love these spring coloured papers. Did a lot of inking and used an emery board ( cheaper than getting sanders from the craft shop) to distress the edges.

I used heaps of roses which I bought in the local craft shop. The ribbon is also from there as well as the hat pins. The pearls all came in one pack, they came from Habico. (Got to love that they are all colour cordinating!!) The sentiment is from SU. I also used punches from Su for the sentiment and the scalloped border.

The image I used is called Miss Ruby Roses. It's one of my own designs which I have never used before but must say she was fun to colour in. And I thought since the challenge is ribbons and roses it would be appropriate to use her. I coloured her in with Pro Markers, my favs.

Thank you so much for popping by. We also have a brand new Squiggle Stamps FB page. Please have a nosy and like us. Hope to see you joining in with us for this challenge.

Have a good sunday.

Little Picnic Tag

Evening.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I have so far had a busy one. Made 25 wedding invites for my friend today, all in a paper bag now with envelopes ready to be sent out. :)

I managed to squeeze a little colouring in this evening. I used an adorable image from Squiggle Stamps. It's called Squirrel Picnic, and is at the moment on special offer for £0.99 over at Squiggle. I coloured the image in with my favourite Pro Markers. Added a bit of sparkle with my Sakura pen.

I used Stampin Up paper, and also SU punches for the flowers and the scalloped edge at the bottom. The sentiment stamp is also from SU. Cut out a little bow to add to the stamp. Really love the dotty papers.

The pearls are from Habico. I also added some pins and a charm from the local craft shop. Layered this on white card stock, also from my local craft shop. Might have overdone it a bit with the pearls, but I just couldn't help myself. :)

And some news from Squiggle Stamps. Tomorrow challenges start up again. There will be a new exciting challenge every fortnight on a sunday. So exciting. Hope to see you all join in with us. :)

Thanks for coming by.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Eva xx

Birthday Card

Managed to make another card today. Wooh. This one is yet again a personalised birthday card for a lady.  I used DP from Stampin Up. The flowers are punched out with SU punches, as well as the scalloped border and the oval shapes for the sentiment.

The "dear" and "birthday wishes" stamps are from SU swell. I used my Cricut machine (Stamped) for "Laura"and for the oval shapes. The black jewels are purchased from Ebay. (Japan) Layered this card with lots of black card stock.

Took ages making this card, since I had run out of glue and had to one by one cut tiny bits of double sided tape to adhere the black jewels. And then I had run out of envelopes and had to try to make my own. :) Not very organised to day. But I got there in the end.

Thanks for coming over for a look. Have a good week.

Tattoo style card

Another post for me today. Here is another card I have made. Its for a male birthday. I have only used card stock, no DP. :O..shocking...:)

I printed an image of the computer and coloured it in with Promarkers. Stamped the sentiment with mini alphabet stamps. Used some craft wire and added two little card charms.

The person I made this card for is really into tattoos, so thought I'd use that theme.

Thanks for popping by.
