Jessabelles - new stamp range

Morning.

Got a new stamp range out over at Squiggle Stamps. They are called Jessabelles, and are a bit emo, a bit steam punk. There is five images at the present. More to come. Lots of fun making these.

Thanks for popping by. Enjoy the holidays.

Gorjuss

Morning.

Here is a card I have made, using an old Gorjuss image. I totally forgot I had it, and when I found it I had to use it. It comes with a chicken next to it, but I chopped that off. :O Coloured her in with Pro Markers.

The DP are from First Edition. Just love the colours. I used my Stampin Up punches for the flowers, scalloped edge and round the sentiment. The sentiment I stamped is also from Stampin Up. (can you tell I have been shopping Stampin Up..hee.hee..) The string I purhcased in a local hardware shop. The bling is from Creative Impressions. Layered this with lots of Kraft paper.

Lots of fun making this. Love making lots of layers. Thanks for coming by. Have a great weekend.

Happy Easter

Sorry absent.Technical problems again, printer wouldn't print, Imac in for service, laptop serviced...but now I have it all going again, and have lots of cards to put up for challenges.

This card I have made for my cousin and her family in Finland.I have used a cute Easter bunny image from Meljen Designs. The DP are from First Edition. For the flowers I used my Boho punch from Stampin Up, the bling is from Creative Impressions. The sentiment is from a freebie from a craft magazine. Layered this with lots of green card stock. Easter holidays are finally here. Even got a lie in past half six today. :)

My top tip for Tip Top Tuesday is this ; most of the time when you buy a top out of a shop they have these very annoying ribbons on the inside of the garment, just for hanging purposes. Normally we just chop them off and bin them. Why not keep them and use them for crafting. I have saved all of mine for every garment I have bought in the last year and have all sorts of colours to match my projects. Great way to get free ribbon (well almost) and recycle. :)

Thanks for popping by, and enjoy the holidays.

Dream Valley 27 - Mother's Day

Hello.

Sorry, a bit late with my post for this fortnights challenge with Dream Valley challenges. Have two poorly boys at home with flu, so a lot of running around and no spare time.

For this challenge the theme is Mother's Day. Perfect for getting organised for the day. Sponsors of this challenge is One Stop Card Crafts, whom are giving away a $10 gift voucher for the store, and Crafty Ribbons. DT has made some fantastic cards, if you want to have a nosy or join in, you can do that HERE!

For my DT card I used a Tilda image and a Magnolia background, which I coloured in with Pro Markers. The DP are from a 12 " sheet, but I have no idea who it's by because I only had scraps left and used them. I just can't part with scraps, always find something to use them for. The little calendar page is from a mini calendar from Hobby Craft. The pearls, pins, and other embellisments, including ribbon is from my local craft shop. The Mother rub on is from Basic Grey. Lots of fun making this.

Have lots of fun joining in with the challenge and good luck for the prize. I have also included a sneaky peek picture from my new stamp range over at Squiggle Stamps. Coming end of the week! So excited. Thanks for coming by and have a great day.

Grandmother's photo album

Afternoon. Hope everyone is having a good week. Here is a little handbag shaped mini book/album I have made for my lovely friend Claire. It's for her mother. (perfect for Mother's day)

I used DP from Laura Ashley. The chipboard handbag mini book is from my stash, have no idea where I got it. Sorry. I made lots of little paper flowers from the papers , added lots of little blue pearl stick ons from, some roses, ribbon and pins from the local craft shop. The butterfly is cut out on the paper.

I used my Cricut machine to cut out the lettering. I used the cartridge Stamped. Just noticed the "e" is hanging of on the picture. Oups, I did glue it before I gave it to my friend. :D

Thanks for coming by. Have a great evening.

Little Cupcake

Evening.

Hope everyone is ready for monday again tomorrow. I managed to squeeze in another card today. I used a couple of images from Magnolia, a Tilda with flowers and a cupcake back ground. I coloured them in Pro Markers. I also used my glitter Sakura pen on the image for a little bit of shine.
The DP are from First Edition. The sentiment from Squiggle Stamps. I made some spiral roses and some paper beads. I attached the paper beads with craft wire from Hobby Craft and some diamond shaped beads from the local craftshop. The pins are from there aswell. Used some spring green glitter glue for the middle of the roses to add some sparkle.

Lots of fun making these. If you want to try to make these roses (really easy) have a look at the tutorial HERE! Tutorial for paper beads are HERE! On this tutorial they have coloured the paper for the beads but I have used DP. Its a bit different from the ones I have made but you get the idea. :)

Thanks for coming by.

Little Robot

Here is another card I made this morning. Made it for my son's birthday (not until october..oups!). Must have about three cards for him now for his birthday.

I used robot papers from My Minds Eye. Sentiment "Nuts and Bolts" are cut out from the DP. The silver stickers I bought in the local craft shop. The image I purchased on Etsy. They are from Birdie Brown. It's so cute! Had to have it! :)

I did lots of layering with co ordinating coloured papers, since it's quite a plain and simple card. But just as fun though. Coloured the image in with my favorite Pro Markers.

Thanks for coming by. Have a great sunday afternoon.

These are the challenges I am entering this card in;

Wonderland

Happy sunday everyone. Such a nice day up here in Scotland. Sunny and a little bit windy. (perfect for washing)

Here is a card I made this morning. I purchased some digi stamps from The Greeting Farm, wanted these for ages. They come as a set, with boy and girl, cup, rabbit and mushrooms. They set is called "Wonderland". And it was a bargain price too! I am a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland. Was over the moon when I received them and had to make something imidiately with them. :)

I have also used two images of my own design. The mushroom and funky grass and the big mushroom at the back of the card. They can be found at Squiggle stamps. I coloured all the images in with promarkers. The clock die cut is by Tim Holtz. The pins I purchased on Ebay. The DP are from We Are Memory Keepers. The mini playing cards has been in my stash for about a year, waiting to get used. Think I got them in a christmas cracker. :)

The sentiment is from Squiggle Stamps aswell. Had lots of fun making this crazy card. It's very much me. Anyway, thanks so much for popping by. Have a great sunday.

Dream Valley - 26 - Just for men

Another fun challenge over at Dream Valley challenges this fortnight. The theme is "Just For Men". The sponsor is Bugaboo Digital Stamps, and the winner can win up to $21 to spend!! Good luck everyone.

For my DT card I have used a Bugaboo image, he is called Austronaut 4. So cute and perfect for a little boy or a funny card for a man. I was so lucky to get this image, had these space Bo Bunny papers, which my lovely friend Tracy gave me a while ago and I have been sitting on these for ages trying to get an image to go with them.

I coloured the image with promarkers, printed out the sentiment and layered the card with red and yellow card stock. Lots of fun making this, since I am a proud mother of three, and my little one would love this card. (birthday not until october though...hum...)

Thank you for coming by. Hope everyone has a great week.

Hello

Afternoon.

Long weekend for the kids this week, so not had very much time to make things. However managed to squeeze one card in when they were busy playing with Playmobil. I have used a Saturated Canary digital stamp. She is called Frizzy Jinx, didn't use the whole image just the top half. I coloured her in with pro markers.

The papers are from First Edition. The ribbon, bling and charm from my local crafts shop. The "Hello" sentiment is from Basic Grey. Lots of different colours on the card, makes me wish it was summer.

Thanks for coming by. Have a great weekend.
