Shopping List

Morning.

Well, after a lovely sunny day yesterday, the rain is back again. :( Hopefully it will be sunny over the holidays, otherwise I am going to have some bored little boys in the house.

Here I have decorated a shopping list pad. I bought this pad from Asda. I used some Fancy Pants DP.

The image is from Squiggle Stamps. She is called Frills and is from the range Jessabelles. Coloured her in with ProMarkers.

The ribbon is from my local craft shop and stick on pearls are from Habico. Now I just have to go make  a list for my weekly shopping. :)

Thanks for popping by. Have a great week.

Dream Valley - 34 - Things with wings

Hope everyone has enjoyed their sunday, despite the weather. Very rainy and dull up here in Scotland. On the plus side more time to spend indoors crafting. :)

Today we have a new challenge over at Dream Valley Challenges. This fortnight the theme is 'things with wings'. Anything will do, scrapbook page, altered project, card, jewellery, as long as there is wings. Lots of fab inspiration over at the blog, so why not join in. :)

The sponsor this time is Digi Doodle shop. One lucky winner will get a $10 voucher.

For my DT project I have made a card using papers from K&Co. Thought I'd go all out with wings so chose DP with a butterfly on it. I layered this card with champagne and white card stock from the Paper Mill near Aberdeen.

I used an image from Crafts and me. This one is called Moon Glow. I am totally obsessed with some of these images, designed by Hannah Lynn. If you look at my blog I have lots of cards with these images, so much fun to colour in and so pretty. I used Pro Markers, as usual, to colour. Added a bit of glitz with my glitter Sakura pen.

The sentiment is from Stampin Up, I also used some Stampin Up punches for the sentiment. The ribbon , jewel clusters and heart charm is from my local craft shop.

Really enjoyed making this card and challenges are always fab over at Dream Valley. Looking forward to seeing everyones 'things with wings'.

Wedding Invitation

Here is wedding invitations I made for my friend's wedding. She is getting married in October. She is having a family wedding in the very beautiful Drummuir Castle,  a few miles away from here.

Had lots of fun making these invites, especially because she is a very good friend of mine. Her and her future husband opted for classic wedding invitations, white with one colour. They chose gold/champagne to go with the image. The image is a rubber stamp which my friend lent me, I think it's from Inkadinkadoo.

I did outlines on the image with Satin coloured Pro Marker and added some glitter with my Sakura pen and a little champagne coloured gem on the heart. I used plain smooth white card stock and gold/champagne coloured card stock.

I printed out the sentiment and layered it on gold/champagne card stock, using a scalloped oval punch from SU. The ribbon I purchased from my local craft shop in Elgin. The envelopes I purchased in Moray Office Supplies in Elgin. Wanted everything to match so was chuffed when I found them.

Thanks for coming by.

Best of luck to the happy couple

Fairy Card

Morning.

I have made another card using one of Hannah Lynn's images, from Crafts and Me. Absolutely love these images, so much fun to colour in. She is called Moon Glow. I coloured her in with Pro Markers.

The DP are from Fancy Pants, designed by Michelle Coleman. I layered these with lots of orange card stock. The big laced flower I used with a die from Magnolia, and the birdcage die is from Tim Holtz.

The sentiment is from Stampin Up, I also used Stampin Up punches for the scalloped background for the sentiment. Pins, ribbon and stick on pearls are from my local craft shop.

Quite a plain card for me,  but the image is so gorgeous, it totally makes the card. Lots of fun making this. Thanks for coming over for a nosy.

Have a great sunday.

Dragon fly girl

Afternoon. Made another little project today. I have purchased a couple of stamps from Crafts And Me, and I am totally obsessed with them. They are a joy to colour in and so so pretty. Here I have used one of them. This one is called Dahlia, and is designed by Hannah Lynn. Just love, love it. So much fun to colour in. I used Pro Markers for this image.

I used DP from First Edition (Trim Craft). Half the stack are pre glittered which is great. The roses, hat pins and the stick on jewels are from the local craftshop. The stick on green pearls are from Habico. I used Stampin Up punches to punch out layered flowers and the background for the sentiment, which is also from SU. Layered with lots of coral and white card stock.

Really enjoyed making this birthday card. Thanks for coming by and have a great weekend.

Fairy Door Hanger

Morning.

Here is a little door hanger I have made for a little girls bedroom door. I used Stampin Up DP, just love these. They come in a pack of 12 inch papers and are so yummy and summery. I used stick on jewels from my local craft shop and ribbon which was a freebie from a  magazine.

I used Stampin Up punches for the flowers (boho), it's a triple punch to layer. I also did a lot of inking to make it stand out. The image is from Squiggle stamps. It's one of my own designs, she is called Miss Evie - Flowers. I coloured her in with Pro Markers, my favs. The plain MDF door hanger was purchased on Ebay.

Lots of fun making this. The door hangers are very versatile so you can do anything with it and also very reasonable priced. Thanks for coming by. :)

Squiggle Stamps - Masking

Evening all.

Hope you all had a great weekend. Here is another great challenge from Squiggle Stamps. This fortnight the theme is 'Masking'...Masculine theme with masking. Some fab masking done by the DT so why not have a nosy and join in.

For my DT creation I made a card, maybe for a goth/emo teenager. I used My Minds Eye DP, just totally in love with these. They are halloween papers but I think they are so versatile, you can use them for lots of other projects.

The image I used is called Frankenstein Boy. I coloured him in with Pro Markers and used a little bit of my Sakura glitter pen to add some glitz. :) I struggled to mask this digi stamp so I went for paper piercing but this works as a mask as well, apparently.

The sentiment is from Stampin Up. The little skull charm is from my local craft shop. The stick on black pearls are from Habico.

Lots of fun making this, thanks for coming by for a nosy.

Wall Plaque

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Up here in the Highlands the weather is not very good, so got some extra time to craft. :)

I made a wall plaque. Bought a plain MDF plaque of Ebay and decorated it. I used an image from Squiggle Stamps. She is called Miss Ruby - Roses. You can get her for a special price of £0.99 until tuesday evening over at Squiggle. I coloured her in with Pro Markers with a little bit of extra sparkle, with my Sakura glitter pen.

The DP are from Stampin Up, swell as the sentiments. I also used Su punches for the flower embellishments. The pearl flourish is from Creative Impressions and the stick on pearls from Habico.
